Who we are
Sonia Rifkind, MSED has over 15 years of experience supporting children and families across educational and developmental settings. She spent eight years in elementary education—five of those in special education—before serving seven years as a Child Development Specialist working with young children with developmental delays. Sonia brings deep expertise in early intervention, classroom support, and family collaboration, helping children build the skills and confidence they need to thrive at home and at school.
Valerie Edelheit, MSPH , Valerie oversees program design, operations, and consultant support. With a Master’s degree in Public Health and a background in administration, systems development, and knowledge translation, she ensures that Every Child Supported delivers high-quality, research-informed services. Valerie focuses on creating clear systems and sustainable structures so consultants can provide effective, compassionate care to families and educators.
